At the Spring Centre we help children and young people with a variety of special needs and disabilities. We also help their families. The children and young people that we help have a range of diagnosis from mild to severe learning disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, Prader Willi Syndrome, and others - many of our children have profound or multiple disabilities, some are ambient and some are non-mobile. When a child or young person is referred to the Centre, we work with the family to find out what services will best suit the child or young person and with parents to ensureethe needs of the family are being met. Contact office for detailsEach year, over 140 children and young people are helped by the Centre, with referrals coming from paediatric consultants, occupational therapists, social workers, neighbourhood projects, health visitors or self referral.
