We provide opportunities for children and young people 0-35 yrs with additional needs and disabilities, and their families, to access a tailored programme of activities aimed at improving and enriching quality of life for them all.
We understand that children and young people who have additional needs and disabilities face an incredible amount of challenges during their lives – we also understand that their families face many challenges as well, whether that be coming to terms with needing specialist services for the first time, or whether they have ‘been in the system’ for a number of years.
Our services are designed to give help and support when and where it is needed most. We will work together with you so that you can access the services that are most appropriate to your needs.
